Love it when a reader finds a sense of exploration in my writing. A heartfelt review for Apart from War.

I don't know what I was expecting when I began reading this book, but it sure wasn't what I got. Parts of it were beautiful, so tender and romantic. Other parts were so tragic and sad. Many times the story progressed as I expected. Other times it took mysterious twists and turns. Many parts were totally unbelievable, but since this is fiction, I shouldn't complain. However, in the end there were many questions left unanswered and overall less than satisfying. But all in all, the good parts outweighed the others.
